1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and MyEmailHosts regarding your access to and use of our email hosting, relay routing, and administrator portal services. By utilizing any of our servers or endpoints, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.
2. Absolute Termination & Account Deletion
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance environment for policy violations. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or completely delete any account, domain, reseller system, or any associated sub-accounts and downstream customer spaces at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, without prior warning, notice, explanation, or liability of any kind.
Upon termination, all associated data, configurations, active routing rules, and message databases may be permanently destroyed immediately. We are under no administrative obligation to provide backups or data retrieval post-termination.
3. Prohibited Content and Sending Rules
You are explicitly prohibited from hosting, relaying, or transmitting illegal, malicious, or abusive content using our networks. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unsolicited Bulk Messages (Spam): Strict prohibition against sending marketing, bulk, or commercial communications without verified recipient consent.
- Illegal Activities: Transmitting content linked to fraud, financial phishing, trademark infringement, distribution of unauthorized materials, or other illegal operations.
- Malicious Code: Delivering trojans, viruses, worms, malware payloads, or exploit frameworks via file attachments or redirect coordinates.
- Hostile Content: Operating schemes meant to impersonate other entities, bypass sender validation headers, or mislead delivery gateways.
4. Infrastructure & System Abuse
Our hosting environment is designed for operational, standard human communication. Attempting to bypass systems, exhaust shared resources, or manipulate settings is strictly prohibited. Violations include:
- Excessive Resource Consumption: Generating volumes of outbound requests or holding connection states that degrade overall node response times for other administrators.
- Bypassing System Limitations: Trying to access configurations or pathways without explicit authority, or exploiting system behaviors to bypass inbound/outbound limits.
- Non-Intended System Use: Using mail hosting routes for raw transaction streams, automated logs, or high-volume server alerting mechanisms unless explicitly authorized in writing.
5. Reseller and Whitelabel Responsibilities
As a reseller of MyEmailHosts services, you assume full responsibility and administrative liability for all sub-accounts, user configurations, and content hosted under your whitelabel domain.
Should any of your direct clients engage in prohibited activities, we reserve the right to instantly terminate your entire reseller workspace, including your primary system and all nested user nodes, without warning or refund.
6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We explicitly disclaim all representations and warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall MyEmailHosts, its operators, or administrators be liable to you or any third parties for data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from network failures, failover state routing, or administrative account terminations.
